I’ve had the pleasure of working with Elissa at the BPL for the last 7 years. During my first week, she took the time to train me 1:1, something I now know is very rare. Elissa has always gone above and beyond for her colleagues, the library, & the city. She’s been invaluable to the library for over 30 years, & she will be greatly missed.
