Leadership Design
A supervisory leadership curriculum built for library staff — delegation, feedback, and conflict management grounded in the realities of working in public sector, not generic management theory.
Curricula Development
A facilitator-led workshop and companion worksheets that guide participants through building a resume from the ground up — structure, tailoring, and translating experience into measurable accomplishments. Also available as asynchronous and hybrid models.
A self-paced training outline built for staff who need to learn OneDrive on their own schedule — file organization, sharing and permissions, version history, and syncing across devices, sequenced so each module builds on the last. Designed to run without a live facilitator, with short instructional segments and hands-on checkpoints so staff practice the skill instead of watching.

Problems of Practice
A problem-of-practice engagement built around a recurring challenge: getting independent stakeholders — with different priorities and no formal authority over one another — to organize around a shared goal. The training breaks down how coalitions form and hold together, from identifying common interests to managing competing agendas, paired with a companion website that gives participants a lasting reference and toolkit once the session ends.
Strategic Planning
Strategic planning for organizations that need a plan built with their staff, not handed down to them — surfacing where the organization stands, aligning leadership around a shared set of priorities, and translating broad goals into a roadmap with clear ownership and timelines. The process is designed to produce a plan people reference throughout the year and adapt as required.
